With reference to my Despatch No. 314 of the

3let. August, 1912, in which I transmitted a statement of the

expenditure incurred on the construction of the Fanling Branch

Railway up to July of that year, I have the honour to enclose a

final statement showing the total amounts expended in the

construction and equipment.

The figures should have been furnished before,

but there was considerable delay in the delivery of the Rolling

Stock.
